Only authors of abstracts accepted for the e-Poster are eligible to submit an e-Poster. All e-Posters will be available in the ‘e-Poster Exhibition’ on the KSSS 2026 website during the conference, where registered participants can browse them.

Important Dates

· Presenter Registration Deadline: March 17 (Tuesday), 2026
· e-Poster Submission Deadline: April 30 (Thursday), 2026

Preparation of e-Posters

· PowerPoint templates are available in the “Download Center” on the KSSS 2026 website.
· The file should be in landscape orientation with a screen ratio of 16:9.
· You should upload your e-Poster file in both PDF and PPT formats.
· The file size must not exceed 10 MB.
· The e-Poster should be composed of up to 10 slides, and the content should be clear, focused, and concise.
· Do not use animations, audio, or video clips.
· Authors are responsible for all content.

e-Poster Submission Instructions

1. Log in to the KSSS 2026 website
2. Go to the “e-Poster Submission” page
3. Verify all your information is correct
4. Upload your e-Poster in both PPT and PDF formats
5. Click APPLY to submit
